Distribution: India; Indonesia ( Moluccas); Malaysia; Nepal; Philippine Islands; Sri Lanka; Sulawesi; Thailand; Vietnam ( Diakonoff 1968, 1976; Robinson et al. 1994; Koçak & Kemal 2012; Nedoshivina 2013).
Hosts: Reported hosts include Syzygium jambos (Myrtaceae) and Micromelum minutum (Rutaceae) ( Yunus & Ho 1980; Robinson et al. 2001).
