TL: India, Assam, Shillong [now in Meghalaya].
Distribution: India (Meghalaya); China; Japan; Korea; Taiwan; Europe ( Razowski 2003).
Hosts: Larvae are reported from Cyperus spp. and Schoenoplectus lacustris (Cyperaceae) and Juncus spp. ( Juncaceae ) ( Disque 1908; Fernald 1882; Heinrich 1926; Park 1983; Bradley et al. 1979).
