TL: Japan, Hokkaido, Sapporo ( glycinivorella ); India, Assam, Khasi Hills [now in Meghalaya] ( arastrepta ); China, Kiangsu Province, Lungtan, near Nanking ( zygogramma ).

Distribution: India (Meghalaya, Tamil Nadu); China, Japan; Korea; Russia (southeastern Siberia); Vietnam ( Rose & Pooni 2003; Nedoshivina 2013).

Hosts: Larvae have been reported from the fruit of Glycine max , Sophora flavescens , Lablab purpureus , and Lespedeza (all Fabaceae ), Mangifera indica (Anacardiaceae) , and Maranta arundinacea (Marantaceae) ( Park 1983; Byun et al. 1998; Serebrennikova et al. 1986; Kuznetzov 1994).
