Heteroneura , subg. Clusia Haliday, 1838: 188 View in CoL . Type species, Heteromyza flava Meigen, 1830 , fixed by monotypy. Paraclusia Czerny, 1903 : Lonsdale and Marshall, 2008: 327.

Diagnosis. Head with if, usually without poc; mesoscutum with two dc, without prsc; proepisternal bristle long; tibiae with pd; cerci separated; phallus as long as phallapodeme, distiphallus tubular, hypophallus and paraphallus absent.

Remarks. This genus is distributed in the Holarctic and Oriental regions. Only one Oriental species, Clusia sexlineata , has been known ( Sasakawa 1977).
