Basionym:— Agaricus carphophyllus Berk. & Broome , Botanical Journal of the Linnean Society 11(56): 498 (1871)

Notes:— Based on the morphological evidence of the following collection: K(M)154205 (holotype, from Sri Lanka, sequence data unavailable, referred to Berkeley & Broome (1871) and the observation in this study). This species is very similar to Lc. furfuraceipes and Lc. shixingensis . Further studies are required to clarify the relationship among them.
