Nepalomyia nantouensis Wang, Yang & Masunaga, 2007: 124 . Type locality: Taiwan, Nantou.
Diagnosis. Hind first tarsomere black and strongly thickened; first flagellomere about as long as wide; epandrium with short lateral tubercle, hypandrium wide and trifurcated; cercus without basal tubercle, but bearing sparse hairs.
Specimens examined. 1 3, Taiwan: Nantou, Yuchi, Lianhua Pond (675 m) (23°92' N, 120°67' E), 11.XI.2010, Ding Yang.
Distribution. Taiwan (Nantou).
