Distribution. A subboreal East Asian species: the Russian Far East (Jewish Autonomous Region, south of Khabarovsky Region (the Amur River valley to the mouth), Primorsky Region (everywhere), Central and South Sakhalin); listed for south of Zabaykalsky Region (Gorny Zerentuy) as Feronia (Steropus) alacris ( Tschitschérine 1893) .
