Distribution. A nemoral East Palearctic species: from Southwest Baikal region, Northeast Mongolia and the eastern foothills of Tibet in the west to Japan and Taiwan in the east, from South Transbaikalia and the Amur River valley in the north to the Chinese province of Yunnan and Taiwan in the south.
