Eyes about as long as temples (EL/TL = 0.96–1.0) seen from above. Antennae with first antennomere moderately shorter than second and third combined, third about 1.3 × as long as second, fourth-tenth longer than wide. Labial palpus with third palpomere about 1.5 × as long as second (Lp3L/Lp2L=1.4–1.6). Maxillary palpus with fourth palpomere (apical) no longer than 1.4 × as long as third (Mp4L/Mp3L=1.2–1.4). Neck about 0.6 × as wide as head at widest point. Pronotum moderately longer than wide (PW/PL = 0.83–0.86), dorsal rows of punctures each with 4 punctures. Legs: Mesotarsi and metatarsi each about as long as mesotibiae and metatibiae respectively, first metarsomere longer than fifth (S1/S5= 1.65– 1.80). Elytra at sides slightly to moderately longer than pronotum at midline (EtL/PL=1.07–1.31). Male sexual characters: Sternum 8 moderately emarginate medio-apically, emargination with semi-membranous extension ( Fig. 4 View FIGURES 4–8 ). Aedeagus with median lobe gradually narrowed from base into a distinctly acute apex, parameres fused into a single, rod-like sclerite reaching two thirds of median lobe length, internal sac with spiny sclerotized structures ( Figs. 3 View FIGURES 2–3 , 7, 8 View FIGURES 4–8 ).
