Redescription, female. Body length 6.5 mm. Head black; mesosoma with dark blue reflection and metapectalpropodeal disc black; wings subhyaline. Head wide. Mandible with five distal teeth, wide, angled, and with lower tooth longer than others. Median clypeal lobe rounded, very short. Frons coriaceous ; antennal scrobe carinate. Eye small. Frontal angle of ocellae forming right angle; ocelli very small. Vertex straight. Pronotal disc as long as wide, sparsely punctate; transverse pronotal carina complete; posterior margin without posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus very narrow. Mesoscutellar disc with mesoscutellar sulcus narrow; posterior mesoscutellar sulcus present. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture fused with first metapostnotal carina; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectal-propodeal disc polished; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea closed; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture opened. Mesotibia spinose.

Redescription, male. Body length 3.38 mm. Head and mesosoma black; wings clear hyaline; metasoma dark castaneous. Head wide. Flagellomeres short, with dense and short setae, with tooth projection at second and third flagellomere. Mandible narrow, curved, and with teeth equally wide. Median clypeal lobe rounded, short, with tooth at apical margin. Frons coriaceous . Antennal scrobe carinate. Eye large. Frontal angle of ocellar triangle obtuse; ocelli small. Vertex convex. Pronotal disc shorter than wide, strongly coriaceous ; transverse pronotal carina complete; with posterior pronotal sulcus. Notaulus narrow. Mesoscutellar sulcus wide. Metapectal-propodeal disc short; metapostnotal median carina complete; longitudinal ridges absent; metapostnotal-propodeal suture straight; paraspiracular carina present and inconspicuous; metapleural carina present and conspicuous; metapectalpropodeal disc with short striae; propodeal declivity strigate. Mesopleuron with anterior fovea closed; mesopleural fovea closed; lower fovea closed; posterior fovea absent; mesopleural suture closed. Forewing with stigma developed; Rs&M vein distinguished. Mesotibia not spinose. Claws trifid. Metasomal segments sparsely setose. Genitalia. Basiparamere longer than paramere; paramere wide, rounded, and with ventral and dorsal margin straight, sparsely setose; basivolsella with apical excavation at inner margin and projection; cuspis with arms short, with basal projection at inner margin, dorsal arm wide; aedeagus with basal portion angled and wide, and apical portion as long as basal and wide; apodeme slender.
