Phylogenetic analysis of Anaplasma View in CoL
The Anaplasma (OP286854 and OP286856) sequences were randomly selected to build a phylogenetic tree, named after regions and displayed on the phylogenetic tree with squares and triangles ( Fig. 9d View Figure 9 ). The phylogenetic tree of the 16S rRNA gene shows that Anaplasma found in Inner Mongolia is on the same branch as Anaplasma ovis strain Ao89 ( KJ 639879). The sequences were compared and analyzed using MEGA 7.0 software. They show that the 16S rRNA gene sequence of Anaplasma in Inner Mongolia has 99.93% homology with A. ovis strain Ao89 ( KJ 639879) found in the Qilian Mountains, Lanzhou.
