Martins & Tavares’ (2019) referral of this species to Sclerothyone View in CoL is here questioned as the calcareous ring appears to be of the Sclerodactylid type. However, since the tube feet are restricted to the ambulacra and the tables have a handle on one side, it is here left to stand in Sclerothyone View in CoL as intermediate forms are to be expected.
