Material examined. EAST MALAYSIA: Sabah State • 1♂; Tenompok Forest Reserve ; N6.01789, E116.50285, 1384.0±12.0 m.a.s.l.; 6 November 2023, 21h00; under the branch of a small tree; coll. M.K. Tan, R. Japir, M.A.B. Asidi & D.F.A. Damit; SBH.23.195 ( ZRC) GoogleMaps • 1♀; Tenompok Forest Reserve ; N6.01788, E116.50288, 1390.0± 10.6 m.a.s.l.; 6 November 2023, 21h06; on a rattan; coll. M.K. Tan, R. Japir, M.A.B. Asidi & D.F.A. Damit; SBH.23.196 ( FRC) GoogleMaps .
Remarks. Our ♂ and ♀ specimens were found close to one another around the same time and their morphology is similar to that described by Ingrisch (1998). The new locality record in Tenompok is not surprising given the proximity to Tenompok to Mount Kinabalu.
Distribution. Borneo (Mount Kinabalu, Tenompok [new locality record] in Sabah).
Type locality. EAST MALAYSIA, Sabah, Mount Kinabalu, Sungai Wariu .
