Dolabrossa McQuillan (Figs. 106–110)

Dolabrossa is a recently erected genus consisting of two described Tasmanian species, D. amblopa and D. suffusa Turner previously placed in Amelora , and at least one undescribed species that occurs in eastern Australia (McQuillan 1996). The eggs of D. amblopa are illustrated. They greatly resemble those of Androchela and Loweria (see above) in terms of the following characters: sub­cuboidal shape, cell form, shape and distribution of aeropyles and chorion texture. These eggs also share some features with those of A. zalosema (see next section).
