The Oenochrominae sensu stricto has a rich diversity in Australia, especially southern Australia, with twenty genera and sixtynine species presently described. Three genera and four species are illustrated. Arhodia is widely distributed in eucalypt forests across Australia whereas Monoctenia Guenée and Oenochroma Guenée are limited to southern Australia.
