Geographical distribution

Venezuela, Ecuador, Suriname, Guyana, French Guiana, Peru, Bolivia, Brazil (Amazonas to Rio Grande do Sul, Mato Grosso do Sul). A new country record from Colombia (Putumayo and Vichada) is added.
