Type locality: Brazil, Bahia, Xiquexique, Rio São Francisco. Type host: Cercomys laurentius (= Thrichomys a. laurenteus (Thomas)) . Typology: Holotype male, ‘allotype’ female and two female paratypes held by FIOC. One male and one female paratype in alcohol, vial 209 in support 21, at FIOC.
