Liophlaeothrips reperticus Ananthakrishnan & Muraleedharan 1974: 17 .

This species was described from one female collected from an unknown plant. Specimens studied. Holotype female (macroptera), India: Tamil Nadu: Kolli Hills, unidentified plant, 20.iii.1972, TNA 517, NPC.

Distribution. India (Tamil Nadu: Kolli Hills).
