Labidostomis bigemina var. semideþciens Pic, 1906a: 19 (original description).

Type localities. Clytra lusitanica : not given. Labidostomis bigemina var. semideþciens : ‘ Valencia ( Espagne)’. Type material examined. Clytra lusitanica : not examined.

Labidostomis bigemina var. semideþciens : not examined. Not found in MNHN.

Distribution. Algeria, France, Italy ( Sardinia), Portugal, Spain, Tunisia (REGALIN & MED- VEDEV 2010b).

Comments. The type material of L. bigemina var. semideþciens was not traced in MNHN and its deposition is unknown to us. In accordance with REGALIN & MEDVEDEV (2010b) we treat this variety as a synonym of L. lusitanica .
