Acrochaete viridis (Reinke) R. Nielsen (1979: 442) .
TAXONOMIC STATUS: According to Burrows (1991) and Norris (2010) this species is a synonym of E. viridis . However, Nielsen et al. (2013) and Guiry & Guiry (2014) considered this species name as a taxonomic synonym of Ulva viridis (Reinke) R. Nielsen, C. J. O´Kelly and B. Wysor. Also see coments under E. viridis .
