Description. Crown milky to pale yellow, pair of irregularly brown spots in middle. Eyes gray. Face brownishyellow, marked with brownish patch, lorum broad. Other features as in generic description ( Figs 1a, b, c, d View FIGURE 1 ).
Abdominal apodemes divergent, only extending to middle of sternite III ( Fig. 2b View FIGURE 2 ). Anal tube moderately long, without appendage ( Fig. 2a View FIGURE 2 ).
Pygofer lobe bare, with posterior margin angled ( Fig. 2a View FIGURE 2 ), dorsal appendage curved ventrad, basal half narrow, subapically expanded, then tapered towards apex, apex pointed ( Figs 2a, c View FIGURE 2 ).Subgenital plate expanded subbasally, suddenly constricted and curved dorsad subapically, with row of microsetae from subbase to middle on outer margin, subbasal setae longer, several microsetae scattered on caudal part and around 5 peg-like microsetae on inner margin, 3 macrosetae of different lengths near middle ( Fig. 2a View FIGURE 2 ). Connective Y-shaped ( Fig. 2d View FIGURE 2 ). Style with apex slim and foot-like ( Figs 2e, f View FIGURE 2 ). Aedeagal shaft compressed, with pair of short triangular lamellate preapical processes, gonopore ventral at apex ( Figs 2g, h View FIGURE 2 ).
Measurement. Male 1.95mm, female 2.00mm.

Diagnosis. This new species is similar to M. diana , but the new species has the aedeagal shaft compressed, without basal processes, the preatrium much shorter than the shaft, and the style with apex foot-like. M. diana has the aedeagal shaft tubular, with a pair of slim basal processes, the preatrium longer than the shaft, and the style apex with a second extension.
Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the Latin word “acrodontus”, referring to the apical tooth-like processes of the aedeagal shaft.
