Distribution and Ecology. This species occurs throughout Alberta in the upper organic layers of aspen woodland, pine forest, and mesic, grassy areas, in addition to its distribution given in Table 1. Gravid females carry up to 4 eggs; gut contents contain dark and hyaline fungal spores and hyphae.
Remarks. This species was redescribed in Behan-Pelletier (2011).
