Material examined. Fars province, pass 140 km NE Shiraz, 1♂, 20-21.iv.2002; Northern Khorasan province, road Shirvan to Zoeram, 1227 m, N 32°22’88’’ E 57°35’63’’, 1♂, 11.vi..2008, leg. F. di Cristina on Onopordum sp. ( Asteraceae ), E. Colonnelli collection. New record for Iran.

Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Iraq, Ireland, Israel, Italy, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Morocco, the Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Tunisia, Turkey, Ukraine ( Alonso-Zarazaga et al. 2017), Iran (this study).
