Distribution in Iran. Ardabil ( Modarres Awal 1986 as Apion viciae ), East Azarbaijan ( Modarres Awal 1997, 2012 as Apion viciae ; Legalov et al. 2010).
General distribution. Albania, Algeria, Armenia, Austria, Azerbaijan, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Georgia, Germany, Great Britain, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Japan, Kazakhstan, Latvia, Lichtenstein, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Mongolia, the Netherlands, North Korea, Norway, Poland, Romania, Russia, Serbia, Slovakia, South Korea, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, Syria, Turkey, Ukraine and introduced in North America.
Plant associations in Iran. Potato and wheat ( Modarres Awal 1997, 2012), surely occasional or due to migration.
