Acis ulex Thomson & Simpson, 1909: 236–237 , pl. 1, fig. 2&5; pl. 9, fig. 6a, 6b, 6c (Andamans).

Opinion: This species does occur in the region.

Justification:

Literature analysis: This species was originally described as Acis ulex and although some sclerite illustrations were supplied it would still be difficult to identify. It was reassigned to the genus Paracis by Kükenthal (1924). Rao & Devi (2003) just listed it.
