One (R 65– 59 mm, r 14.6 mm, R: r 4.5–4.0), Dry specimen, CN 56-261, Lidao Island, E Rongcheng, 6 Jul 1956; Three (R 36– 25 mm, r 7.5 mm, R: r 4.8–3.3; R 24– 23 mm, r 5.9 mm, R: r 4.1– 3.9; R 23– 18 mm, r 5.1 mm, R: r 4.5–3.5), Dry specimens, Dongchu Island, Rongcheng, Oct 1933.

East China Sea. One (R 30– 26 mm, r 6.9 mm, R: r 4.3–3.8), MBM175700, CN V523B-78, Stn. -7, 27°30ʹN, 126°00ʹE, 135m, fine sand, AT, coll. TANG & XU, 28 Aug 1976.

Distribution. Yellow Sea, East China Sea, Korea, central Japan, 160– 260 m.

Remarks. Henricia ohshimai forma acutispina differs from Henricia oshimai oshimai in having slender subadambulacral spines and a little narrower intermarginal area ( Hayashi 1940). The specimens examined here agree with the description of Henricia ohshimai forma acutispina by Hayashi (1940).
