Specimen (1) “COTIPO”, printed on red label; “8430 / São Paulo / Ypiranga”, handwritten on white label, second line printed; “Aphelogl. / brasiliana / Brh. det.”, handwritten on white label; “3.871”, printed on white label.
Note. Bernhauer (1907 a: 281, introduction) comments that all types are deposited in own collection and he acknowledgments Dr. von Ihering for the specimens donated.
Note 2. Current name is Diestota brasiliana ( Bernhauer, 1907) after Bernhauer & Scheerpeltz (1926: 538).
