Piona sejugata K.O. Viets, 1953
Species incerta. Since the original description of the species, it has only been reported from the Netherlands ( Davids 1979, Smit & Van der Hammen 2000). After studying the holotype, it must be concluded that the description of the species is based on an aberrant, intersexual specimen. The third leg of the male holotype lacks the grasping sixth segment, but instead this segment is just bowed. The species should therefore be considered a monstrosity. The description of the female matches the description of P. alpicola .
