Diagnostic characters. Body medium-sized, well-sculptured ( Figs 1 View FIGURE 1 , 14 View FIGURE 14 ); antennae with 40–48 segments; eyes pilose ( Figs 3, 4 View FIGURES 2–13 , 15 View FIGURES 15–25 ); two clypeal tubercles present ( Fig. 16 View FIGURES 15–25 ) or absent ( Fig. 3 View FIGURES 2–13 ); maxillary palps 6-segmented; notauli deep, crenulate; scutellum carinate apically, punctate or rugose ( Figs 5 View FIGURES 2–13 , 18 View FIGURES 15–25 ); propodeum with areola, without median longitudinal furrow ( Figs 7 View FIGURES 2–13 , 21 View FIGURES 15–25 ); epicnemial carina of mesosternum absent or present ventro-laterally; hind tibia without apical projections ( Figs 1 View FIGURE 1 , 14 View FIGURE 14 ); hind basitarsus cylindrical or distinctly compressed; tarsal claws pectinate with teeth ( Figs 12 View FIGURES 2–13 , 15 View FIGURES 15–25 ); discal cell of fore wing elongate, vein SR1 curved or angled basally, never straight ( Figs 9, 10 View FIGURES 2–13 , 20 View FIGURES 15–25 ); hind wing with vein M+CU slightly longer or subequal to vein 1-M; hind wing with 3-7 hamuli ( Figs 4 View FIGURES 2–13 , 22 View FIGURES 15–25 ); first metasomal tergite not elongate or narrowed apically, with lateral suture clearly definined throughout ( Figs 8 View FIGURES 2–13 , 23 View FIGURES 15–25 ); hypopygium pointed apically, median longitudinal area desclerotized and membranous, with apical sclerotized bridge or slightly desclerotized medially and infolded basally; ovipositor sheath shorter hind tibia, widened apically, evenly setose.
