Material: Two specimens: Amman 9.V.1984 (2Ψ).

Distribution: Afrotropical: Chad, Ethiopia, Gambia, Ghana, Guinea­Bissau, Ivory Coast, Kenya, Nigeria, Senegal, Uganda, Yemen. Palaearctic: Saudi Arabia.

Jordanian specimens have a more extensive wing patterns compared to E. pusilla reaching the apex of the wings on the fore margin, and clear area in middle of discal cell is much narrower. Also it has a band of white scales at the base of 2nd tergite.
