Material examined

HNHM AF/3565, five exemplar, BMNH 1997.1535 – 1544 , ten exemplars. D . R. Congo, Kivu Region , Kajabwe, in the swamp, leg. Gasana N’Doli, 30 May 1973 .

Diagnosis

Length 25–33 mm, D. 1–1.5 mm, no. of segments 70–93. Pigmentation lacking, dorsal pore none. Clitellum 13–18, ♀ 14 paired just before the setae a–a. Prostatic pores 17, genital field pentangular with two protuberances corresponding to prostate pores. Spermathecal pores 8/9 just lateral to b. Ampoule of the spermatheca roundish duct narrow. The distalmost part of the duct is encircled by several small diverticuli. Gizzard lacking, one pair of club-shaped calciferous glands in 9. Excretory system holoic, Prostates long slender, penial setae lacking.
