Distribution. AFR_ORR_SAR species, occurring across the tropics of west, central and east Africa (CD, CV, DJ, ER, ET, KE, MR, NE, SD, SO, TD, TZ) eastward to south and southwestern Asia (AE, AF, BD, IL, IN, IR, OM, SA, TR, YE).
Life forms and Remarks. ZS(C)LC species. This taxon was previously recorded from Makkah Province ( Britton 1948; Mateu 1979) and recently from Asir, Baha, and Jizan ( Rasool et al. 2018b), and from Riyadh ( Abdel-Dayem et al. 2017). The above adults were collected from an Opuntia ficus-indica community at the lowest altitude of GRNR (1614 m) and from an Acacia community at the bottom of GRNR (1150 m).
