Ng et al. from local fishermen, Jul 2003; ZRC 2004.0612, 1 male (TL 118 mm), 1 female (TL 135 mm), Balicasag Island, P. Ng et al. from local fishermen, 2 Mar 2004.
Remarks. Moosa (1986) reported F. serenei from the Philippines.
Distribution. Australia, Japan, Taiwan, the Gulf of Thailand and the Philippines.
