Comments. According to the published literature regarding the genus Phytodietus we consider this species as new to Mainland China. It is also worth noting that the male of P. longicauda is probably recorded here for the first time. Our data adds information on the phenology of P. longicauda and in the region of its occurrence ( China, India, Japan, Myanmar, Russia and Thailand) it is recorded in January, February, May-August and October-December) ( Kostro-Ambroziak & Reshchikov 2016, present data).
