5. Tautoneura bracteiformis Lin & Zhang sp. nov.
( Figs 1m –p View FIGURE 1 , 5 View FIGURE 5 )
Description. Ground color white to pale yellow. Head narrower than pronotum. Crown white, angulately produced medially, side of coronal suture light yellow, coronal suture distinct basally. Eyes pale gray. Face slightly flat in profile, frontoclypeal area long and relatively broad, anteclypeus long and slim, lorum small. Forewing light yellow, irregular sanguineous spot on inner margin and near outer margin respectively ( Figs 1m, n, o, p View FIGURE 1 ).
Abdominal apodemes developed, extending to anterior part of sternite IV ( Fig. 5b View FIGURE 5 ). Anal tube appendage developed and S-shaped, tapering towards apex ( Fig. 5a View FIGURE 5 ).
Pygofer dorsal appendage tapering towards apex and curved ventrad with apex pointed ( Figs 5a, c View FIGURE 5 ). Pygofer ventral appendage slim, longer than dorsal appendage, exceeding posterior margin of pygofer lobe ( Figs 5a, d View FIGURE 5 ). Pygofer lobe with 1 fine seta at cephalo-ventral angle and barely on distal part ( Fig. 5a View FIGURE 5 ). Subgenital plate contracted medially, with row of microsetae along outer margin from subbase towards apex, subbasal microsetae larger, 3 macrosetae medially ( Fig. 5a View FIGURE 5 ). Connective Y-shaped, with manubrium narrow and central lobe degraded ( Fig. 5e View FIGURE 5 ). Style with apical part relatively short ( Figs 5f, g View FIGURE 5 ). Aedeagus with both preatrium and dorsal apodeme developed, aedeagal shaft tubular, slightly curved dorsad and tapered from middle to apex in lateral view, gonopore near middle on ventral side, 2 tiny lamellar processes of different size developed on gonopore upper side, apex slightly expanded in ventral view ( Figs 5h, i View FIGURE 5 ).
Measurement. Male 2.10mm, female 2.10mm.
Material examined. Holotype: ♂, CHINA, Guangdong Prov., Shaoguan , 2018.VIII.3, coll. Shuanghu Lin ; Paratypes: 5♂ 9♀, same data as holotype .
Remarks. TThis new species is similar to T. apicidentata , but has the anal tube appendage S-shaped, the gonopore near the middle of the shaft on the ventral side, and the aedeagal shaft with 2 tiny lamellar processes of different sizes.
Etymology. The specific epithet is derived from the Latin word “bracteiformis ”, referring to the aedeagal shaft having 2 tiny lamellar processes.
