Remarks.
Introduced as replacement name for Melanopsis acuminata Pallary, 1901, non “Sandberger” [act. Gümbel, 1861], for which Wenz (1919a: 73) had already introduced the replacement name Melanopsis pallaryi . Thus, Melanopsis raphidia is a junior objective synonym of Melanopsis pallaryi .
