First are the rocky formations of Isly (Figure 3) located in Al Hoceima in the central Rif, which host a diverse range of algal species, Asparagopsis armata, Corallina mediterranea, Jania rubens and Hypnea musciformis . The second represented by the wrack line at Red Beach (Figure 4), located in north-eastern Morocco, a composed of Taonia atomaria, Corallina officinalis, Halopithys incurva and Ceramium secundatum nutrient-rich environments, often enriched with seabird guano and decaying algae, support a community of saprophagous arthropods.

https://treatment.plazi.org/id/03A2AD401E49FFF2FDF007543DB0F90A	Public Domain	No known copyright restrictions apply. Identification Nannodastiidae was based on both external morphology and male genitalia, which were macerated in potassium hydroxide (KOH) solution for 2 h, rinsed in water, and neutralised with a drop of acetic terminalia were then transferred to glycerine for preservation. Species were identified using the taxonomic modified after Papp and Mathis (2001). In contrast, Xenasteiidae identification was based on external phology, following the diagnostic characteristics described by Ventura and Carles-Tolrá (2002).

https://treatment.plazi.org/id/03A2AD401E49FFF2FF7F03F53BEDFE6E	Public Domain	No known copyright restrictions apply.
