03BF87A8AF55FFC1FF0452A59DD803C9.taxon	discussion	Notes: Didiclis flaccida has long been treated as a synonym of D. delicatula (Desvaux ex Poiret in Lamark 1814: 554) Li Bing Zhang & X. M. Zhou in Zhou & Zhang (2023: 664) by Alston (1934 a, b) and accepted by Zhang et al. (2013), Fraser-Jenkins et al. (2017). Shalimov et al. (2024) found that the two species differ from each other in leaf morphology and micromorphological features of mega- and microspores and their distinction was corroborated by molecular evidence. We here accept their treatment and recognize D. flaccida.	en	Hu, Yu-Ping, Zhang, Li-Bing, Zhou, Xin-Mao (2024): Asian Selaginellaceae: Five new combinations in Didiclis and Hypopterygiopsis. 03BF87A8AF54FFC0FF0454899B75063F.taxon	discussion	Notes: This species is similar to Didiclis flaccida in having main stems thick, primary leafy branches 2 – 8 cm, lax, secondary branches simple or rarely forked; dorsal leaves oblique, elliptic, narrowly ovate-elliptic or falcate, margins entire to subentire, and apex acuminate to cuspidate. However, D. khokhrjakovii has ventral leaves ovate, acuminate at apex, margins entire to subentire (with spaced teeth); dorsal leaves entire to subentire (with spaced toothed), apex acuminate. In contrast, D. flaccida has ventral leaves oblong-ovate, subacute at apex, margins entire at base, minutely denticulate towards at apex; dorsal leaves, margin entire, and apex acuminate to cuspidate (Shalimov et al. 2024).	en	Hu, Yu-Ping, Zhang, Li-Bing, Zhou, Xin-Mao (2024): Asian Selaginellaceae: Five new combinations in Didiclis and Hypopterygiopsis.
