Wood det.; RMNH .</p><p>Current status</p><p>Xylocopa (Cyaneoderes) tumida Friese, 1903 (see Section 14a).</p><p>Distribution</p><p>Malaysia (?Peninsula, Borneo), Singapore, Indonesia (Sumatra, Nias, Bangka Belitung, Kalimantan) (Friese 1903; Enderlein 1909; Meade-Waldo 1914, 1916; Maa 1939 partim; Mawdsley 2016 partim as X. tumida, X. abbotti, and X. insularis sensu auctorum; Ascher et al. 2022 as X. insularis sensu auctorum; present study).
