Conidiophores hyaline, septate, smooth-walled, solitary, straight, (sub-) erect, arising directly from hyphae, unbranched or branched, bearing 1 – 5 levels with 1 – 6 phialides per node. Conidiogenous cells enteroblastic, monophialidic, lateral or terminal, awl-shaped, hyaline, smooth, with globose to cylindriform thickening at conidiogenous loci.
