Clanculus (Clanculus) natalensis Herbert, 1993: 256, pl. 1e, 10, 27–35. Type loc.: off Dog Point, northern Zululand (27°06.5ʹS: 32°52.9ʹE), 70 m; holotype in NMSA (D6485/T888[not T889 as originally given]).

Distribution. Northern Zululand (off Boteler Point) to Pondoland (off Port Grosvenor); 55–215 m (living 65–130 m).
