Remarks: The redescriptions and comments concerning this species can be found in Zwick (1972, 1973), Froehlich (2002) and Baldin et al. (2013). The adult males studied here have a forewing length of 10.1–13.1 mm and females of 14.6–17.1 mm. The penial armature agrees with the redescriptions of Zwick (1972) and Baldin et al. (2013). This is the first record of this species for Minas Gerais State.
