9. Troporhogas lateralis Cameron 1905

(Fig. 10)

Current combination. Aleiodes lateralis (Cameron 1905) new combination ( Braconidae: Rogadinae)

Material examined. Troporhogas lateralis Cameron 1905 ♀ holotype, NHMUK, Peradeniya, Sri Lanka: ‘Type’; ‘Peradeniya, Ceylon, 8-1902’; ‘ Troporhogas lateralis Cam Type. Ceylon.’; ‘ P. Cameron Coll. 1914-110.’; ‘ B.M.Type Hym. 3c.227’; ‘ NHMUK010635204 ’.

Comments. Troporhogas lateralis was transferred to Rogas by Baltazar (1972); the old concept of Rogas is now equivalent to Aleiodes, although this species has never been formally transferred to Aleiodes . The holotype (3c.227, NHMUK010635204; Fig. 10) is a species of Aleiodes in the modern sense; Aleiodes lateralis (Cameron) is a new combination. Rhogas (Aleiodes) lateralis Baker 1917, a valid species of Aleiodes according to Chen & He (1997), is a secondary homonym so I propose Aleiodes philippinensis as a replacement name for Rhogas lateralis Baker 1917 .
