TYPE LOCALITY: Zaire, Medje .

DISTRIBUTION: Known only from the type locality.

STATUS: IUCN - Insufficiently known. Known only from a single specimen.

COMMENTS: Included in dolichura by Heim de Balsac and Meester (1977) but represents a distinct species.
