Distribution: Israel, Turkey. Grace (2010) reports this species also from Lebanon.

Flight period: March–April.

Flower records: Plantaginaceae: Veronica sp. (1♀, 9♂) (Warncke 1969).

Remarks. Israeli individuals of A. kilikiae have a smoother, shinier clypeus compared to Turkish individuals.
