Diagnosis. See R. bicolor .

Material examined. CHINA: Yunnan (IZCAS): 1 6, Yingjiang, 1700 m, 15.IV.1980, coll. Song Shimei; 1 6, Tengchong, Xishanba, 1850 m, 21.IV.1979 ; 2 6 6♀, Tengchong, Dahaoping, 2020 m, 24–26.V.1992, coll. Xue Dayong.

Distribution. China (Yunnan), India, Burma.

Remarks. This species is added to the fauna of China for the first time.
