Typus: SAMOA. Savaii: above Ologogo, 1973, Whistler 580 (holo-: PTBG [PTBG037246]; iso-: B, K!, US) .

Notes. – This species is endemic to Savaii in Samoa (WHISTLER, 1986). The K isotype was studied physically, but it has not been databased or imaged and therefore does not have a barcode or other identifying accession number.
