Notes. – This species occurs in Fiji, Samoa and Tonga (WHISTLER, 1986; SMITH & DARWIN, 1988). WHISTLER recognized two varieties of this species, but SMITH & DARWIN synonymized them; SMITH & DARWIN are followed here.
