Material examined. 2 spec., TAU 10362, Israel, off Haifa, 1500 m, coll. Galil, 1 December 1991. Distribution. Circumglobal; depth range 16–440 m, and from 300–780 m in the eastern Ionian Sea. The present record constitutes a depth record for the species.
