Habitats. Seagrass in the subtropical region.

Occurrences. Barra.

Geographic distribution. Indo-west Pacific. Japan (Baba 1949), Australia (Gosliner et al. 2008), Philippines (Gosliner & Smith 2003), Tanzania (Eliot 1902) and Mozambique (Gosliner & Smith 2003; Gosliner & Pola 2012).
